*foodspam</description><title>Mirror, Mirror, on the Wall..</title><generator>Tumblr (3.0; @getbackontrack)</generator><link>http://getbackontrack.tumblr.com/</link><item><title>Meals 8/15</title><description>&lt;p&gt;Breakfast:&lt;br/&gt;1 Spoonful of Peanut Butter (Approx 2 tablespoons)&lt;br/&gt;Special K with Berries (About 3/4 cup- will have to check)&lt;br/&gt;1 Low-Fat Mozzarella Cheese Stick&lt;br/&gt;Water&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Lunch:&lt;br/&gt;2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread&lt;br/&gt;1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter&lt;br/&gt;1.5 Tablespoon Jelly&lt;br/&gt;4.5 Strawberries&lt;br/&gt;0.75 Cup fatoush&lt;br/&gt;Water&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Snack:&lt;br/&gt;Water&lt;br/&gt;About 20 Peanut Butter M&amp;amp;Ms (large size)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dinner:&lt;br/&gt;Egg White Omelet: 2 egg whites, chicken, sharp cheddar cheese, red peppers, and spinach.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I feel like I did a lot better with fruits and vegetables, but still not good enough. I am trying to eat healthier, and I noticed that if I have to keep track of what I eat I tend to eat better, like most people do.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here is what I had yesterday:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Late Breakfast/Lunch:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Special K red berries&lt;br/&gt;1 mozzarella low fat cheese stick&lt;br/&gt;1 spoonful of peanut butter (probably 2 tablespoons)&lt;br/&gt;4 oz of the Silk Fruit &amp;amp; Protein: Berry drink&lt;br/&gt;Calcium Chew (With Vitamin D and K)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Dinner:&lt;br/&gt;2 slices who wheat bread&lt;br/&gt;6 oz of white meat chicken&lt;br/&gt;Half a cup of fatoush (Romaine Lettuce, Oil, Lemon Juice, salt, pepper, spearmint)&lt;br/&gt;8 oz of Orange Juice (High pulp, with calcium and Vitamin D)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since I woke up and ate late, I wasn&amp;#8217;t really hungry around dinner time. I also really skimped out on fruit, vegetables, grains, and dairy but got more than enough protein.
